As a Product Engineer, you will join a forward-thinking engineering team responsible for enabling high-quality, issue-free product releases to internal and external customers. This role serves as a key interface between Research & Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, ensuring strong alignment across product lifecycle stages.

You will give to solving complex technical challenges, improving product yield and quality, and supporting the successful ramp of new DRAM products while working in a collaborative, diverse, and global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product introduction by partnering with design, manufacturing, and yield teams to prepare for DRAM product ramps, including simulations, forecasting, and documentation.
  • Analyze silicon data, perform failure analysis, and drive root cause identification and corrective actions to improve yield and quality performance.
  • Develop and maintain yield tracking systems (paretos), identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize actions to meet performance targets.
  • Coordinate multi-functionally with Product, Test, QA, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on product objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Deliver technical presentations, analyze trends and experimental data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product and process performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Coding and/or automation experience through internships, academic projects, or professional work.
  • Familiarity with DRAM fail modes, semiconductor processes, or failure analysis concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multi-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, yield analysis, or product engineering concepts.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Self-motivated teammate with a proactive and innovative attitude.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Curiosity about continuous learning and improving processes, products, and methodologies.
