Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Public Sector Client Success Manager to strengthen our partnerships with state, federal, and international government clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for public sector clients, guiding them through adoption, facilitating training, and aligning our services with their organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector operations, familiarity with international government frameworks, and the ability to navigate complex compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, understanding their goals and challenges to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Drive client onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions and adoption.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on new features, collecting feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop success plans and performance metrics to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed about public sector trends and policies to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, with at least 2 years focused on public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, policy frameworks, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis to track and report on client success metrics.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for public service.
