The HR Technology & Insights Manager to lead the digital transformation of our HR function. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between human resources, emerging technology, and data. Your primary focus will be on leveraging adjacent HR technologies, emerging AI applications, and advanced analytics to elevate employee experience, optimize HR operations, and deliver actionable workforce insights to senior leadership.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
HRIS Collaboration & Support: Partner closely with our Workday HRIS Manager to leverage core HR data, support system-wide initiatives, and ensure seamless connectivity between Workday and other adjacent technology or analytics solutions.
AI Integration: Evaluate, pilot, and implement emerging AI and automation tools designed to streamline HR processes and support employee needs (e.g., AI-driven recruiting assistants, intelligent onboarding/offboarding workflows, predictive retention models).
Process Standardization: Partner with HR Business Partners, the HRIS team, and cross-functional departments (IT, Finance, Operations) to design and implement robust, technology-enabled Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Change Management & Enablement: Define and lead technical change initiatives and "Super User" programs to drive system adoption across the organization. Provide training and resources to ensure leaders and employees can effectively utilize HR tools.
Workforce Analytics: Design and manage comprehensive dashboards that track key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, time-to-hire, diversity, internal mobility), integrating data from Workday and other source systems.
Actionable Insights: Translate complex workforce data into clear, compelling narratives. Proactively identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations to mitigate risk and improve organizational health.
Predictive Modeling: Utilize historical data and predictive analytics to forecast talent needs, identify flight risks, and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Solutions Reporting: Develop automated reporting and visualization solutions for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and HR Business Partners, ensuring high data integrity, security, and real-time accessibility.
Data Integrity: Champion data accuracy across all auxiliary HR systems, collaborating with the HRIS team to conduct regular audits and establish data entry protocols to maintain a single source of truth.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all HR technology systems and AI applications comply with relevant data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, people analytics, or HR automation.
Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel).
Demonstrated experience exploring, piloting, or implementing AI-based HR or productivity solutions.
Analytical Prowess: Ability to synthesize complex data sets into easily digestible executive presentations and practical business solutions.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong collaborative and consultative skills to partner effectively with both technical teams (like HRIS and IT) and non-technical HR stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience collaborating with HRIS teams (specifically Workday) to leverage data for advanced analytics and reporting is highly preferred.
