The MAE (Major Account Executive) responsible for the Hyundai Motor Group covers not only the headquarters and global subsidiaries of Hyundai Motor Company, but also key group affiliates such as Hyundai Transys, Hyundai Wia, Kefico, Hyundai AutoEver, and 42dot.

Therefore, the role requires a deep understanding of Hyundai Motor’s enterprise-wide strategic direction, including its development environment, and the ability to lead the customer from an innovative perspective while collaborating to create business value.

In addition, the MAE is expected to understand the ecosystem and interrelationships among Hyundai Motor Group affiliates and carry the mission of maximizing the value PTC can deliver across the group.

To achieve this, the role requires close collaboration with multiple teams in Korea as well as active communication and alignment with global resources, ultimately positioning PTC as a trusted value partner to the customer.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze failed cases, identify root causes, and summarize learnings for career growth.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork skills, with experience in both local and global sales teams. Proficient in cross - cultural communication and contributing to cross - border projects.
  • Be assertive, diligent, and able to prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Be discreet and professional in report preparation and submission.
  • Demonstrate skills in strategic account management and territory planning.
  • Native Korean speaker with fluent English.
  • Proficiency in presenting PTC's value proposition and the company's product roadmap through whiteboard demonstrations is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS/Cloud business is preferred.
