In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in designing end-to-end services, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape strategic decisions and deliver meaningful, human-centered solutions. You will work across touchpoints, channels, and stakeholders to design coherent service experiences that create value for users and organizations alike.   • Design and evolve end-to-end service experiences across digital and non-digital touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain service design artifacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystems maps, and personas.
  • Identify pain points, opportunities, and moments that matter across the service lifecycle and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops and design activities with stakeholders, users, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, technology, and business teams to ensure service concepts are feasible, desirable, and viable.
  • Contribute to defining service design principles and frameworks that guide the evolution of services over time.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

· Expert proficiency in Service Design and human-centered design methodologies.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

· Expert proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

· Proficiency in research methods (qualitative and quantitative).

· Experience designing services in complex or large-scale organizational environments.
