Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients.Oracle HCM Cloud Technical at Accenture, you will lead a team of consultants working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects. Your primary focus will be on developing, customizing, and delivering BIP/XML Publisher Reports, as well as supporting various technical components across the Oracle HCM Cloud landscape. You will be expected to work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore resources to ensure timely and quality delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of BI Publisher (BIP)/XML Publisher reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.). • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIP reports, data models, and integrations. • Work on OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and FBL/HDL as needed to support broader HCM Cloud requirements. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior team members, and enforce coding standards and documentation practices. • Collaborate across technical and functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between modules and systems. • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) / XML Publisher Reports. • Experience in Data Model creation, RTF templates, bursting, and performance tuning of reports. • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud tables, schemas, and data extraction techniques. • Understanding of HCM Extracts, OTBI, and HDL/FBL. • Ability to analyze functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. Professional & Technical Skills: • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle VBCS. • Understanding of HCM Security and role-based access to reports. • Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Prior client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at Accenture India (PAN India locations – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Kolkata). - A 15 years full time education is required.
