Seeking a remarkable Lawyer to join our Brisbane Major Projects & Construction practice

The role

We have an opportunity for a Lawyer to join our back-end Major Projects and Construction team located in our Brisbane office. Working with our reputable Partners Dale Bracken and Frazer Moss, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market recognised, high performing practice. We act on major government infrastructure projects and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the road, rail and renewables sectors. You will be exposed to complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring a seamless service to our clients.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3+ PQE with solid dispute resolution experience
  • Construction law experience is preferable but not essential.
  • A drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition and a proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff, be resilient and a self-starter
  • The ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationships
  • The desire to work as part of close-knit, collaborative and high-performing team
