About the role

Corebridge Insurance Company of Bermuda provides a broad array of products and solutions to high net worth individuals. As a Process Specialist you will be responsible for managing one or more operational processes, including:

  • Verify and process client transactions that impact AIG’s books and records
  • Interact with clients and address/resolve client enquiries
  • Collect anti-money laundering documents and conduct customer due diligence reviews
  • Liaise with the local regulator and conduct any Anti-Money Laundering requirements to ensure compliance
  • Work as part of a team to evaluate and streamline operational workflows
  • Work with the IT team and other functional units to design and develop applications to enhance operational efficiencies and strengthen internal controls
  • Work with Compliance, Legal, and Governance teams to implement new regulatory requirements impacting operations
  • Support the Operations team in the US

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree: business, financial, accounting, economics, or technical fields
  • 2+ years of applicable work experience
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations is essential
  • Knowledge of the insurance, accounting, or financial industry is essential
  • Experience liaising with the local regulator
  • Excellent customer engagement and listening skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables within time constraints
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, is essential
  • Experience with project management and data analysis is desired
