About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Manager to lead our Software Development Engineering group. This role involves managing a global team of talented developers and being responsible for the entire development process of implementing onboarding solutions for new clients.

  • Lead and manage a global team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Build strategic initiatives and present ideas/project status to senior leadership.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team in their day-to-day activities. Ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions for onboarding new clients.

  • Be available and flexible to sometimes work US-hours (e.g., evenings) to coordinate with global teams and clients.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, managing global teams in a delivery-focused environment.

  • Strong software development background.

  • Experience with leading global groups and team leads in a software development context.

  • Experience working in a delivery organization, with a focus on building solutions for corporate clients within predefined timelines and budgets.

  • Demonstrated ability to present strategic initiatives to senior leadership effectively.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.

  • Process-focused mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure.

  • Open and adaptable to ongoing changes in project scope and direction.

  • Availability and flexibility to sometimes work US hours (e.g., evenings).

  • Proven track record in implementing process improvements in a development setting.

Other Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fast-growth start-ups.
