Build Lasting Client Relationships

Support clients through pre-need planning, ensuring they can protect their loved ones with confidence.
Develop a strong referral network and earn the trust of families and their communities.
Lead Prospecting & Sales Activity
Dedicate 1-2 hours daily to prospecting and generating new leads.
Engage with families through community events and referral networks.
Present and explain services with confidence, securing long-term client relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with the support of leadership and a proven sales system.
Collaborate with a High-Performance Team
Work closely with funeral directors, location managers, and cemetery staff to provide seamless service.
Participate in team activities and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Education & Experience:
Sales or customer service experience preferred (1-2 years) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A strong drive to succeed and a passion for helping families.
A proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional client experiences.
Skills & Licensing:
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass our in-depth training program within 30 days (we’ll guide you through the process!).
Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
