Leidos' Health Solutions Organization is currently seeking a driven Product Manager, Healthcare System Data Analytics in support of the Department of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Program, its $4.6B single award IDIQ contract, known as MHS GENESIS. This highly visible program is designed to deploy, operate, and sustain a new electronic health record to the military health system, supporting nearly 10 million service members and their families worldwide. While every healthcare system is addressing quality, user experience and cost, the MHS GENESIS program has the added challenge of delivering these objectives within the DOD security environment, at the DOD’s global scale, all while supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)’s vision of a medically ready force ─ which is essential to our national defense.
The Product Manager, Healthcare System Data Analytics will keep our customer’s data and analytics strategy progressing technically and progressing iteratively forward and will work closely with the DHMSM PMO Analytics Product Line team, other DHA stakeholders and the Leidos DHMSM team to ensure the Analytics and Data Strategy is utilizing appropriate technologies to ingest, exchange, store, display and protect sensitive data. Selected candidate will work with technical teams across DHA, Leidos Health and customer organizations to ensure customer insights are being developed via an efficient, standard, and repeatable approach, while working closely and coordinate with DHMSM PMO Analytics and Data, DHA Health Informatics to ensure end-user requirements and emerging capabilities are delivered with a common understanding. The Product Manager, Healthcare System Data Analytics will work with the DHMSM PMO Analytics Product Line team and DHA-HI Solution Owner to identify system(s) optimization, identify analytic methodologies to measure product health, identify system/product health issues, understand end user system usage and purposes of system data consumption.
Responsibilities include
Support strategic product development and future roadmap of Leidos product/services, supporting our organizations competitive advantage in the marketplace
Leading DHMSM analytics technical activities supporting analytics and data products on the program
Understand customer’s desired outcomes, translate these priorities into actionable plans and then drive execution of these plans with the customer and end-user representatives
Work with platform and data engineers to ensure data normalization, curation, and modeling are supporting desired customer insights
Tracking and reporting on the performance of new products, projects, and activities upon launch to learn from our experience in the market
Collaborating with Program team and Customer team to develop strategic analysis and recommendations
Prepare and deliver briefings for Program and Customer leadership
Minimum Qualifications
BS and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Contract Requirement.
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Comfort with ambiguity, creativity and problem-solving skills
Extensive technical and process experience in Federal health data and analytics required
Must be able to multitask with projects, data analysis, and coordination with the executive team
Must be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions
Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end and concentrate intensely on the small details of projects
Strong relationship building skills to work across multiple external customer sets within an Integrated Product Team environment
The position requires excellent communication and writing skills
Must be willing to travel 10-20%
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working closely with government integrated project teams
Experience with EHR systems / implementations
