Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. The Graphic Design Specialist will support graphic design of client-specific documents, reports, and proposals primarily for Marsh USA colleagues. This role focuses on quick-turnaround design projects using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign, working closely with senior graphic design specialists and leaders in the USA.

We will count on you to:

• Design proposals, reports, and brochures for key internal and external stakeholders, making appropriate design choices for effective communication.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to assist with graphic design for reports, proposals, and specialized collateral.

• Manage iterative workflows across USA time zones to ensure seamless delivery on fast-paced projects.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on design and branding, ensuring brand standards and providing consultative recommendations.

• Create visually appealing information graphics by reimagining basic charts and combining business context with design solutions.

• Flexibly switch between concurrent projects with a client-centric, can-do attitude to meet business priorities.

What you need to have:

• Graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or Journalism.

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a corporate design team.

• Prior design support experience in consulting, SSC, or financial services.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) tailored for a USA audience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, Express, Firefly, Stock) and PDF handling.

• Print design experience for brochures, proposals, itineraries, and other collateral.

• Knowledge of AI-generated images and AI tools.

• Strong skills in data visualization and converting business content into infographics.

• Solid foundation in typography, branding, print production, and industry best practices.

• English proficiency -Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively to USA stakeholders.

• Experience with Wrike or other creative management platforms.

• Experience with SharePoint.

• Experience building microsites using software like Foleon.

• Ability to quickly learn new applications.

• Understanding of insurance and risk management to incorporate business context into design.

• Prior experience in design delivery planning/project management in a corporate environment.

• A strong graphic design portfolio focused on corporate communications.
