Sumaremos a nuestro equipo de Logística un/a Customer Service Representative responsable de gestionar y optimizar el proceso integral de pedidos, asegurando precisión operativa, eficiencia logística y entregas exitosas al cliente final.
Tendrás un rol clave trabajando con equipos comerciales, supply chain y logística para impulsar mejoras en el flujo Order-to-Cash.

In this role, you will:

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

✅ Gestionar el proceso end-to-end de Order to Cash, incluyendo priorización y asignación de inventario.
✅ Supervisar la captura, validación y procesamiento de órdenes en SAP.
✅ Monitorear KPIs clave (Fill Rate, CFR, OTD, Concreción) e identificar riesgos de forma preventiva.
✅ Analizar datos y generar reportes ejecutivos para mejorar eficiencia logística y comercial.
✅ Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de pedidos, inventario y entregas.
✅ Colaborar con clientes internos y externos para optimizar prácticas y elevar la experiencia del cliente.

What we look for:

  • +3 años de experiencia en Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain o posiciones similares.

  • Experiencia previa en entornos de Retail y/o consumo masivo (CPG/FMCG), gestionando procesos end-to-end, trabajando con áreas comerciales y logísticas.

  • Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos, fórmulas).

  • Manejo de PowerPoint y herramientas Microsoft (SharePoint).

  • Conocimientos básicos de Power BI.

  • Perfil analítico, orientación al cliente y foco en mejora continua.
