JR56330 Contamination Control Engineer

As a Quality Contamination Control Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be working with a team of CC as well as other facility, process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, maintain and control cleanliness and AMC to provide quality and stable cleanroom environment for production.

Working on Contamination Control knowledge development, equipment trouble shooting, SPC management, response to safety/audit requirement and responsible to stability of cleanroom environment. The Contamination control scope include cleanroom cleanliness, ESD, AMC management and additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out special requirement, leading and participating in defense line establishment with preventive actions, control the commission priority with effectiveness to achieve quality, stability and efficient objectives for customers’ auditor.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Cleanroom AMC scopes including MA/MB/MC and others molecular contamination.

Responsible to handle analysis and tool management, include excursion follow up, trouble shoot, maintenance/calibration, performance check and spare parts management/purchase.

Innovation in problem solving, leakage finding and effective prevention plan.

Responsible to cleanroom 6S, safety, audit, data accuracy and metrics performance.

Efficiently control and response cleanroom ISO requirement.

Lead the project with efficiently and active to join Micron journal activity.

Responsible to pre-task/SOP as well as lead excursions/OCAP follow up.

Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical industry, chemistry engineering, environment health, environment engineering or relevant fields.

Need to work in Clean Room for case tracing and problem solving.

Need to work in E shift (Tue. ~ Sat.).

When you work in cleanroom, it’s necessary to follow safety guideline to wear clean garments, gloves, mask, helmet and goggles.

Knowledge of PC applications of Office, OneDrive, even better in tableau, JMP, power BI…

Patient, well communicated and initiative work attitude with team.

Strong communication, coordination and soft skills with growth mindset.
