Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to enterprise-level strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery across various strategic initiatives
• Assist in developing project documentation including timelines, status reports, and communication plans
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
• Monitor project performance and help identify risks or issues
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and deliverables
• Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and internship networking events

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)s
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment
