Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Sr Client Director is responsible for promoting and selling CoreLogic solutions and services, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals within an assigned territory or industry vertical. This senior-level outside sales role targets medium to large businesses, building a pipeline, ensuring retention, and driving new growth for the business. The role involves owning the full sales cycle to drive the sale of solutions and services to new and current clients, achieving assigned revenue objectives. The Client Director is responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and identifying relevant products, solutions, and services to meet customer needs. They will plan, prioritize, and execute discussions with clients, protecting and growing CoreLogic's relationship and scope of influence.
The Client Director will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, approvers, and influencers, developing and executing sales strategies through a defined account plan. They will develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and align CoreLogic capabilities to identify solution opportunities, acting as a strategic advisor and partner to the client. Additionally, the role involves serving as the voice of the customer, sharing client perspectives, feedback, and insights with internal stakeholders across the enterprise. The Client Director will provide accurate and timely sales activity reports, actively manage the pipeline via tools provided in SharePoint, CRM, and Excel, and manage follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services. They will ensure connectivity with Account Management and Client Services as needed.
The role also requires experience and strong industry connections with lenders, bankers, REITs, or other investor firms, and/or the retail/franchise space. The leader will own the account, build relationships with new clients, and manage and expand existing relationships, focusing heavily on growing wallet share and landing new logos within three key areas of commercial real estate: lenders and banking, REIT, private equity, other investors, and retail and franchises. The Client Director serves as the conductor of the CoreLogic orchestra for sales, bringing the best of CoreLogic to the client.

Please note the range listed is for the base component of the package. This is an OTE (base & Commission) compensated role with uncapped commission.
