Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

BILL is currently building out our Enablement team and will be hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to assist in the acceleration of the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of our Sales, Post Sales, and Ecosystem teams within our Revenue Org by contributing to our end-to-end enablement program. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. We seek team members who share our core values: Passionate, Humble, Accountable, Authentic, and Fun.

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for owning Revenue new hire (and internal transfer / promo) onboarding programming from start to finish. This includes ensuring our new reps are equipped from day one with the right resources and training to ramp to productivity and excel at BILL.  You will deliver high-quality execution of the existing program, while innovating on new components to improve and extend the onboarding experience beyond the first month.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales enablement/sales coaching experience. You're a self-starter who can create scalable programs, work with little direction, deliver measurable increases in productivity and are excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our Revenue teams.

  • Develop and manage sales enablement strategies that improve sales performance and drive revenue.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales training content, with a focus on product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and sales methodology/sales process.
  • Oversee program logistics, facilitate general sessions, and manage communication cadences including Slack groups, new hire scorecards, and email.
  • Track new hire progress through milestones, assessments, and certifications to ensure new hires are meeting benchmarks.
  • Support the development of an internal mentor and train-the-trainer program to support the onboarding curriculum with a concise framework of responsibilities and the role-specific topics to cover.
  • Coach and admin sales enablement tools such as SFDC, Seismic, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Docebo LMS to provide strategic insight to Revenue Leadership.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and align enablement priorities with business objectives.
  • Support our company’s commitment to DE&I initiatives by fostering  diverse and inclusive experiences and team interactions.
  • Contributes to other ad hoc enablement team projects and programs as needed.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a sales, client-facing, or enablement role, preferably within the Saas or Fintech industry.
  • Proven experience with sales enablement tools including, but not limited to SFDC, Seismic, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Docebo.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing sales training content and implementing sales methodologies such as ClozeLoop, Sandler, Challenger Sale, etc.
  • Experienced managing and implementing successful learning programs, including sales performance coaching and classroom facilitation (both live and VILT).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of exceptional performance, delivering measurable and quantifiable impact on company revenue.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Open to feedback and willing to look at programs with a critical eye while adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, bias towards action, and a strong “figure it out” factor.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to groups of people
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently at all levels of the org
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with business partners and proactively communicate across locations
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement
  • Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team.
