In this exciting and challenging position as a Territory Manager for Mid- and Northern Sweden you will be driving the sales of the Aortic and Peripheral Vascular portfolios targeting a broad range of diseases. Apply now and become part of a motivated and dynamic team!

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Responsible for all sales activities in the region and for building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key non-clinical stakeholders
  • Plan and perform sales meetings/presentations, in-service and trainings for healthcare personnel to promote the Medtronic Aortic and Peripheral Vascular product and service portfolios
  • Co-define plans and promotion activities including workshops, symposia and training events in collaboration with regional marketing.
  • Manage sales and negotiations with hospital departments and manage tenders and negotiations with procurement organizations
  • Management of in-hospital consignment stocks
  • Active participation in the Nordic team where joint development and stretched assignments are great focus areas for individual and team development

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Passionate about healthcare and potentially with prior sales experience – preferably from healthcare/device sales
  • Strong commercial mindset allowing you to transform customer needs to commercial opportunities
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and leverage multiple organizational capabilities
  • Strong communicator with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely
  • Fluent in English and Swedish– verbal and written

Knowledge and prior experience from the healthcare industry, preferably the cardiovascular space and understanding of the national healthcare system as well as prior experience with tenders will be a great advantage.
