Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating architectures that align with business goals while ensuring robust and efficient system operations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs is a key part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and adaptability within the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain architecture artifacts for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and platform customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
