Job Description​

Position Highlights Include:

- The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services.

- Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction.

- Provides practice management for the Neurology department in multiple locations typically supporting 20 providers and a support staff to exceed 50 or more employees.

- Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.

- Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets.
