About
Lokalise is looking for a Community & Social Media Manager to take our social presence, ambassador program, and influencer partnerships to the next level. This is a creative and strategic role where you’ll craft compelling content, build and engage our technical audience, and foster strong relationships with our community and key influencers—all while keeping a close eye on data to drive continuous improvements.

What You Will Be Doing
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy that resonates with our key technical personas (developers, engineers, and localization professionals).
- Own and manage LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reddit, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and measurable growth.
- Craft compelling content—from short-form posts to video content—that educates, engages, and sparks conversations.
- Work closely with product marketing and content teams to align social efforts with the marketing roadmap.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve strategies based on social insights and data trends.
Ambassador Program & Community Building
- Lead and grow the Lokalise Ambassador Program, turning engaged users into vocal advocates.
- Plan and host community-building experiences that are valuable and memorable.
- Foster connections among ambassadors, empowering them to share their expertise and contribute to Lokalise’s growth.
- Measure ambassador engagement and program impact, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify Lokalise’s reach.
- Manage influencer relationships and ensure engaging, high-quality content that drives awareness and credibility.
- Track influencer performance and measure ROI, refining strategies for maximum impact.
You Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing (preferably in tech, SaaS, or PLG).
- A strong content creator—able to write compelling posts and produce/edit engaging video content for social.
- Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reddit—understanding best practices and engagement tactics.
- A data-driven mindset—able to analyze social and community metrics, extract insights, and turn them into actionable improvements.
- Skilled in social listening tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize strategy.
- A creative thinker and strategist who can turn insights into high-impact campaigns.
- Comfortable collaborating across marketing, product, and leadership teams to align efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—we primarily communicate in English, but other languages are always a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills—ability to engage with communities and influencers effectively.
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience working with developer communities or the localization industry.
- Experience running an ambassador program or community initiatives.
- A background in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships.
- Design skills (can create visually engaging social content).
