Position Summary You will build and apply data science solutions that deliver clear, practical insights for business partners. You will work with colleagues across analytics, commercial and technology teams to design models, create reproducible analyses and tell simple stories with data. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Design, develop and validate machine learning and statistical models for business questions such as segmentation, impact measurement and optimisation. - Create production-ready data assets and pipelines using Python, SQL and cloud tools to enable repeatable analyses. - Analyse experiments and observational studies using appropriate causal and statistical methods to measure impact. - Build clear, accessible visualisations and presentations that translate technical results into actionable recommendations. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver on time and help teams adopt analytic solutions. - Contribute to team best practices in code quality, testing, documentation and reproducibility. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field. - Minimum 4 years experience in data analytics, applied statistics or data science roles. - Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with Spark or PySpark is a plus. - Practical experience building and evaluating machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised). - Ability to communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Willingness to work on-site in India with a hybrid working model as agreed with the hiring manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with cloud platforms and data engineering tools (Azure, AWS, Databricks or similar). - Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or ThoughtSpot. - Experience with experimental design, causal inference or A/B testing. - Practical knowledge of generative AI or natural language processing techniques. - Previous experience in healthcare, life sciences or commercial analytics. - Strong collaborative skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
