Senior Analyst – GTM Operations

The Opportunity:

You are an enthusiastic, high energy, proactive individual with good verbal and written communication skills. You’re capable of handling a high volume of inbound requests and managing multiple case queues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

As part of the Global BATS team, you are the first point of contact both for internal sales and external channel support queries, along with supporting the Sales management leaders.

You will provide operational support for key business function areas.

What you’ll do…

  • Field support in the following areas: Case Management, System escalations, first level field support, CV Legal requests, CQC support, SFDC hygiene, territory and new account creation and de-activation, SFDC reporting, Dashboard creation and maintenance, licence assignments, deal desk support where required, FAQs and Operational manuals maintenance.
  • Partner support in the following areas: Deal registration workflow, new partner onboarding, partner systems training, partner compliance checklist, partner reporting requirements, partner portal internal support (CVPU), PSD partner support.
  • Management support in the following areas: SFDC reporting, Dashboard creation and maintenance, QBR template & support quarterly, customised reporting on ad-hoc basis,

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in a Business Operations/Sales role.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Data analytics & reporting experience added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and energetic with a high sense of urgency.
  • Good Proficiency in Salesforce & MS Office (excel, powerpoint, office etc)
  • Candidates should be willing to work in 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM shift(non-negotiable)
  • Experience in a Software & Tech industry preferred.
