You will be mainly involved in Driver Growth projects for our operations in Sumqayit, while also actively contributing to other relevant strategic areas, such as Riders, Fleets, Branding, etc.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Monitoring daily KPIs and performance of local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results.</point>
• <point>Analysing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.</point>
• <point>Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business or the team</point>
• <point>Collaborating with the Operations Manager on city and countrywide projects.</point>
• <point>Welcoming and onboarding driver partners - you will be the first person they meet, ensuring their training, profile creation, and keeping their documents up to date. You will play a key role in their success from day one.</point>
• <point>Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team to ensure the best experience for our drivers & partners, through the stages of drivers acquisition, conversion and activation.</point>

• <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.</point>
