What would you do? Lead process redesign, transformation, and workflow optimization for telecom billing operations and business excellence. Oversee data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard/report automation using advanced tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power Platform, etc.). Manage data integration, modelling, and ETL workflows across multiple platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Palantir, Teradata, DBT). Ensure revenue assurance, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and delinquency reduction. Govern projects, monitor account receivables, and drive operational excellence. Implement and automate data pipelines, storage solutions, and visualization tools. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean leadership. Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
