The goal of the program is to place you in a full time role in one of these functions at the end of the 18 month program, based on your strengths, performance, areas of interest and business requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Our 18-month Rotational Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through 3 rotations across different areas of the business.

  • During the program you will rotate through functions like Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product and Data Analytics, giving you exposure to a variety of functions and projects.

  • Each rotation is designed to help you build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and discover where your strengths and interests align.

  • You will contribute to meaningful work, collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What experience you need

  • Demonstrated interest in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product & Data Analytics

  • Availability: The program begins in September 2026

  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

  • Education: Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) or will graduate before the program start date with a Bachelor's degree. Preferred academic concentration in Business, Economics or Data Analytics.
