What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
  • Adjust controls and processes to meet quality and production targets
  • Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot challenges

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial or plant equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and operational accuracy
  • Effective problem solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
  • Commitment to safety standards and procedures in all aspects of work

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
  • ⁠Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
