OVERVIEW

The Enrollment Coordinator role involves managing course registrations, modifications, retakes, and processing transcripts while supporting clients with onboarding and demo account setup. It requires coordination with partner schools on content and student issues, conducting information sessions, and resolving financial or course-related matters. Additionally, the role maintains communication with students and parents, monitors progress and collaborates with internal teams to implement improvements.

Job Duties Include:

  • Prepare and manage course registrations, modifications, retakes, and CRM orders; process transcripts and handle requests.
  • Conduct onboarding and pre-launch meetings to familiarize clients with services and processes.
  • Set up, modify, and terminate demo accounts; assist with new client setup and provide internal data as needed.
  • Address content modifications, coordinate with partner schools on content and student issues, and manage communications.
  • Handle financial and course-related issues, and collaborate with finance, accounting, and marketing as needed.
  • Organize and attend virtual and in-person information sessions and orientation/training sessions for students and parents.
  • Maintain consistent communication with students and parents to gauge satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Engage in community-building activities, monitor student progress, and collaborate with departments to implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in K-12 online education (preferred).
  • Proficient in digital literacy, including MS 365 and Office apps.
  • Experience with CRM and educational software (LMS/SIS) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong intercultural communication and regional cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in English and local language(s) for the territory.
  • Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic with students and parents.
  • Reliable communicator across professional channels like email, phone, and MS Teams.

 

REPORTING

The Enrollment Coordinator reports to the Regional Business Development Director.
