About the Job
We are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner - Content & Web Operations to drive content strategy, optimize workflows, and manage the content team across our platforms. This role requires fluency in English and Traditional Chinese (reading/writing in Cantonese) and a strong understanding of digital content operations, campaign execution, and agile methodologies.
The incumbent will oversee and maintain two key platforms which focus on financial content and marketing campaigns. While ensuring content accuracy, quality control, and performance optimization. This includes managing overlapping campaigns, enhancing content workflows, and applying data-driven insights to improve content engagement.
Additionally, the role involves hands-on campaign replication for high-performing initiatives, collaborating across teams, and ensuring seamless execution of content-related projects.
What You’ll Do?
In this role your key responsibilities will include the following activities,
Product Management & Content Operations
- Own the content operations roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and data insights.
- Act as a Product Owner, defining and refining content management processes to enhance platform efficiency.
- Oversee and manage content creation, updates, and optimization across all platforms, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Manage content within a CMS, ensuring consistency in formatting, links, design, and user experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams,including engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams, to execute content-related product improvements.
Campaign & Content Management
- Manage campaign content requests from marketing and commercial teams across web, social media, and email.
- Lead a team of Web Operations Executives to create, modify, and update content, including T&C documents, campaign pages, product catalogs, and rewards platforms.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks for all published content, verifying accuracy, functionality, and brand compliance.
- Develop and manage microsites using CMS systems to support key campaign launches.
- Ensure accurate tracking and management of links using tools like Rebrandly.
- Oversee social media content updates related to campaigns and newsletters.
- Work with content strategists and business stakeholders to implement content enhancements and updates promptly.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyze website performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance content strategy and platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Product & Tech teams to optimize user experiences and drive engagement.
- Utilize A/B testing and user feedback to refine content operations.
Agile Execution & Project Management
- Streamline content workflows and operations to improve efficiency across teams.
- Act as a Product Owner, working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Work in Agile environments, applying Scrum and Kanban principles to improve workflows.
- Use project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana) to track progress, manage priorities, and ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality content delivery under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation and guidelines for content publication and campaign replication.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Web Operations Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, engineering, and other product teams to align content with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in all published content, with strict adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure 24/7 platform accuracy and availability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
What We’re Looking For
Language & Experience
- Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese (reading/writing in Cantonese).
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, content operations, digital platforms, or webmaster roles.
Technical & Web Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Stripo, MoEngage) and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and tools like Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Strong product management and ownership mindset, with experience in leading digital content initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and executing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience working in agile teams, with the ability to adapt and iterate quickly.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
