About This Role
As a Clinical Development Lead for Rare Autoimmune Nephrology Programs at Biogen’s West Coast Hub in South San Francisco, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of transforming the lives of patients with severe immune-mediated diseases. Your expertise as a Medical Director (MD) will be vital to the development of novel therapies for rare autoimmune and glomerular kidney diseases. In this dynamic position, you will engage in both early and late-stage clinical programs, emphasizing biopsy-driven and translational science studies. Your contributions will guide the design, execution, and interpretation of trials, in close collaboration with translational scientists, regulatory, and external partners, ensuring impactful study outcomes. You will be part of a vibrant team, driving cross-functional collaboration across research, development, and medical functions, and will help translate mechanistic insights into meaningful patient outcomes that align with Biogen's commitment to innovation and excellence.

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
