Summary:

Provides individual, family and/or group therapy as well as case management services to youth and families.

Responsibilities:

Per grant requirement, completes all pre/post data collection, daily, weekly and monthly progress notes, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress updates and program completion plan for each client (on case load).Per grant requirement, conducts intakes and assessments utilizing evidenced based curriculum techniques to provide individual, family and/or group therapy.Coordinates clients' transportation for special activities and/or events.Provides case management services, per client's need, after program completion.Reports clients' progress and outcomes to referral sources.

Additional Job Information:

Complexity of Work: Highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Effective verbal and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word). Must be able to attend sessions at various locations in community including client homes, schools, community centers, and office locations. Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required. Other Information: PALS certification will be accepted for BLS if new hire/employee works with children. New hire/employee will be granted a six (6) month period from the date of starting the position to obtain BLS certification.Additional Education Info: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related therapy field.
