What you’ll do:

Platform Lighthouse & Integration

• Support complex integration programmes across the Blue Yonder solution space (Planning + Execution).

• Support implementation of Blue Yonder Platform services for customer engagements, ensuring consistent and scalable patterns across teams.

• Partner with Professional Services and field teams to guide early implementations and improve deployability and operability.

• Share your knowledge within the Lighthouse team as well as contribute that your colleagues from Professional Services get to know what you explore and learn.

Solution Adoption & Standardization

• Contribute to key initiatives that drive Blue Yonder Platform and solution adoption.

• Develop standardized integration patterns, artefacts (e.g., Starter-kits) and best practices across Platform services for Planning and Execution solutions.

• Work with your team-mates and Product Development to test, validate, and provide structured feedback on integration features across the Blue Yonder Platform.

• Collaborate across teams to ensure integration needs, dependencies, and improvement areas are well understood and actioned.

AI & Agentic Integration

• Collaborate on building integration artefacts and tools that drive standardisation and stability, while reducing effort and complexity in integration implementations.

• Take responsibility for testing, validating, and deploying AI-driven integration scenarios within the Platform Lighthouse ecosystem.

What we are looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in implementing and integrating enterprise Supply Chain solutions (Planning, Execution, Control Tower/Network, flexis, or related systems).

• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, architecture and authentication fundamentals.

• Solid experience in configuring Platform integration patterns, troubleshooting, and integration testing.

• Familiarity with Blue Yonder Platform & Infrastructure Services (Snowflake, Kafka, Stratosphere, LIAM, CIS, EFS, Bulk/Streaming, Transform & Distribute) is an asset.

• Familiarity with the distinct challenges of real-time and batch-based integration patterns.

• Experience working with or around Blue Yonder solutions is a strong advantage.

• Exposure to multi-solution integration concepts is a plus.

• Good communication and consulting skills.

• Comfortable engaging customers and internal stakeholders.

• Engineering mindset with enthusiasm for automation, templatization, repeatability, and process simplification, accepting the challenges of an evolving technology.

• Strong team-player who collaborates naturally and contributes to achieving common goals.

• Curiosity for new technologies, with interest in AI-enabled integration and continuous learning.

• Self-motivation and adaptability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership.

• Business-level English, spoken and written.
