What You Will Do:

  • Conduct ETL and data analysis using various technologies (i.e., Python)

  • Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions using data visualization software (i.e., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Maintain good working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff to perform engagement services

  • Ensure data governance and quality assurance standards are met

  • Organize and lead client meetings, including scheduling meetings; drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items

  • Summarize and present information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written).


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of data analytics, data science or data engineering

  • Ability to be on client site 2-3 days a week

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes

  • Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
