Application Production Support (Payments)- 24/7 Rotational Shifts

About the team:

This team manage SaaS payment environment. Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management and development support.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyses the diagnostic data and find the root cause of the problem in case of any issues on production application environment.
  • Providing support on requests as per priority/severity created in ticketing tool as part of daily operations support.
  • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Coordinating Application code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
  • Actively participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing.
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and resolving them to the best possible approach.
  • Supports internal customers by responding to help desk calls, performing night on call activities as requested and completing.

What you bring:

  • Should have 6 to 10 years of experience on L3 Production/Application support.
  • Good Experience in AWS and payments processing through Inbound Request for Transfer (IRFT) which includes (MT101, MT103, MT202, MT940/MT950) Statement messages, Common group messages (MTn91, MTn92, MTn95, MTn96 and MTn99) in TRAX.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of commonly used Industry standard payments format ISO2022 SWIFT File Act, Interact, FIN/MT and how they are used and processed.
  • Responsible to establish RMA (Relationship Management Access) set up in SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA SWIFT) on behalf of SSB clients.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational shift in Hybrid Model
