  • Handling of the bank’s backend SWIFT system operations.
  • Process SWIFT message requests from relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the SWIFT message queues and ensure the messages are handle appropriately and in timely manner.
  • Resolving problems through various communication channels with internal client, including overseas branches.
  • Assist stakeholders with resolving any wire transfer system related issues.
  • Be proactive with projects related to implementing new products, controls, and system enhancements.
  • Liaise with internal clients and other banks for transactions requiring further review/information by Compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any field
  • Candidate with min 1 year experience in Payment/Operations with SWIFT knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of payments &/or related compliance requirements and industry best practices.
  • Fresh graduate with the right attitude can be considered.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of payments &/or related compliance requirements and industry best practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word.
