  • Responsible for PPM execution as per schedule and update/closing in service max as per procedure.
  • Responsible to identify L&M lead generation
  • Responsible for execution of L&M jobs.
  • Responsible for attending breakdown calls and closing in service max as per procedure
  • Responsible for handling assigned PSA customers.
  • Provide technical support to external customers at their location
  • Provide on-site operation training to the customers
  • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork/documentations
  • Co-ordination with internal team for the import/indigenous spares required for assigned sites & billing/collection.

Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualifications in Mechanical Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, service /repairs/commissioning of HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and water chillers. Candidate should be having good knowledge in HVAC/industrial refrigeration/soft skills More than 5 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
