Job Description:
As Business Process Owner (BPO) you can develop, maintain, control, audit and analyze a wide variety of business processes and information systems.
It will involve continuous business improvements along cross functional disciplines, formulate and define scope and objectives and develop solutions to complex problems involving applications, business analysis and improvement activities.
You can devise and implement measures to improve operations & quality and increase customer satisfaction.
Your role:
- Coordinate business functional leads and domain experts for front-end, engineering, production planning and execution, supply chain, controlling
- Support BU domain experts on global program implementation locally to follow the BU specified global processes and solutions / harmonize the way business is conducted
- Be the single point of contact for any global BU IS related programs. (SPEX, MES, Configurator, Service, Operation, Engineering etc). In some cases, also take the project leader role. i.e. SPEX, or to help to identify the proper local business resources on the BU programs (i.e. direct responsibility for SPEX implementation and maintenance or establish business process for project / sales order costing, use of costing sheets)
- Prepare, implement and improve order configuration and engineering, order preparation processes. Evaluate, and recommend improvements for business processes and their implementation. Align sales configuration tools, engineering tools and the SAP backend
- Prepare future requirements for business engineering, marketing & sales and manufacturing changes
- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex problems, and develop and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence along with devising modifications and recommend ways to improve
- Design and implement cost-effective business processes using information systems based solutions to business problems. Develop, prepare and implement processes that insure reduced cycle time, reduced overhead and improve over all process efficiency. Preparation of flowcharts, diagrams, analysis and specifications
- Investigate / prioritize business requirements to define scope and objectives of the projects and prepare schedules, limitations time and desired results
- Coordinate with hub functions and business engagement manager (BEM)
- Work with local BEM, global BEM and local controller on budget and demand planning process for the local unit
- Lead and coordinate the work of less experienced staff and provide training and support
- Act as Celonis Process Mining champion, using Celonis for business processes evaluations and supporting others in the local organization to analyze SAP driven processes. Act as first level support on Celonis locally
Your profile:
- Experience – Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related fields plus at least 10 + yrs. experience.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish language
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, information systems, quotation tools, engineering, sales, marketing and their applications, and ability to influence decisions and cost-effectively provide cross functional support
- Strong analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures
- Strong communications skills to discuss and negotiate resolution of controversial issues
- Knowledge of Business Process, Manufacturing, Engineering and Marketing & Sales consists of the investigation, evaluation, recommendation and support of Business processes and their implementation.
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel, SAP, Celonis
