WHO WE ARE:
TIFIN is a fintech platform backed by industry leaders including JP Morgan, Morningstar, Broadridge, Hamilton Lane, Franklin Templeton, SEI, Motive Partners and a who’s who of the financial service industry. We are creating engaging wealth experiences to better financial lives through AI and investment intelligence powered personalization. We are working to change the world of wealth in ways that personalization has changed the world of movies, music and more but with the added responsibility of delivering better wealth outcomes.
We use design and behavioral thinking to enable engaging experiences through software and application programming interfaces (APIs). We use investment science and intelligence to build algorithmic engines inside the software and APIs to enable better investor outcomes.
In a world where every individual is unique, we match them to financial advice and investments with a recognition of their distinct needs and goals across our investment marketplace and our advice and planning divisions.
OUR VALUES: Go with your GUT
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Part of TIFIN, TIFIN Give is a tech-first philanthropy partner to wealth enterprises and builds philanthropy platforms of the future. Our primary offering is a community-based giving experience using a Donor Advised Fund (DAF). Our unique approach to philanthropy engages family members across generations to collaborate in their charitable giving, and empowers Financial Advisors to grow their practices by making philanthropy a core strategic offering, not a commodity service. TIFIN Give enables a differentiated approach to philanthropy through its ability to align the investment portfolios with a family's giving activity, utilize AI to curate charitable search and discovery and offer a delightful and engaging user experience.
As a Client Development Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of growth and client experience. You'll work with sales leadership to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients—ranging from top financial institutions and wealth enterprises to broker-dealers, asset managers, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and multi-family offices (MFOs) across North America. You'll support pipeline development through outbound outreach and play a key role in coordinating meetings and product demos with our executive sales team, including the CEO and Head of Enterprise Partnerships.
Beyond prospecting, you'll be instrumental in onboarding and supporting new clients—ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to service, managing early-stage relationships, and helping clients derive value from our platform from day one. You'll act a key point of contact for both prospective and new acquired clients, helping to build trust and long-term engagement. Your feedback and insights from client interactions will help shape how we grow and serve our customer base.
We are a Series A fintech company, with marquee clients. This is a true greenfield opportunity; the clients want and need our proven solution. You'll have the opportunity—and expectation—to grow into a larger role across sales, customer success, or marketing depending on your strengths. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll directly contribute to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
We're looking for someone with drive, relationship-building instincts, a client-first mindset, and a passion for fintech.
