In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented team of Designers, UX Researchers, UX Copywriters, Product managers and highly skilled Development teams to build new experiences for millions of people around the globe.
As a Product Designer for Kaizen, you need to have a strong desire for personal development, understand user behavior, approach problems holistically and craft elegantly simple solutions to multi-faceted problems.
As a Senior Product Designer you will:
- Work with a team to create cross-platform user-centric experiences, contributing to research and design decisions.
- Define visual style guides, component libraries, and design languages in Figma. Annotate deliverables for effective communication with the development team.
- Promote company values, mentor team members, and actively participate in design critiques. Advocate for user-centered design principles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing insights to the team. Collaborate cross-functionally to align design with business goals.
- Drive the evolution of design processes, identifying and implementing best practices for efficiency and creativity.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of proven experience in designing successful user-centric products. Leadership skills to inspire a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Track record of mentoring and contributing to the professional growth of team members.
- Align design initiatives with business goals and user needs, contributing to the overall product strategy.
- Expertise in design tools, especially master Figma, with a willingness to explore new tools and methodologies. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie is also highly valued;
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Advocate for a customer-first mindset in the design process.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project priorities.
- Innovative problem-solving skills, contributing to research and solving complex design problems.

- It would be considered an asset if you have experience working in the industry of Fintech or Banking Products.
