Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, generating, promoting, and sustaining business relationships for Landrum & Brown. Serves as project management through daily administration of project staff, workload, budget, schedule, and client deliverables to ensure effective utilization and client satisfaction. Effectively delegates tasks, develops direct reports, builds/maintains motivated teams, and manages project cash flow. Supports Landrum & Brown strategy through hiring, mentoring, developing, training and managing staff. Responsibilities may include: market development, industry eminence, established client relationships, responding to RFP’s and project sales and management.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities 

  • Interacts with top senior clients to understand client strategy and needs. 

  • Defines client issues and translates them into a practical project; develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships. 

  • Establishes trust and rapport by responding with urgency, integrity and pragmatism to client needs, while being cognizant of budget, scope, and other contract requirements. 

  • Rate negotiations, business planning. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in commercial management at an airport. 

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of work experience in an aviation consulting environment 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, planning, aviation, business, operations research, or related fields 

  • Previous experience working with airport concession contracts, airport rental car concession contracts, parking management contracts, and airline agreement contracts 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

  • Proficiency in Airport Lease Management softwares would be an asset.
