Responsibilities
Interacts with top senior clients to understand client strategy and needs.
Defines client issues and translates them into a practical project; develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships.
Establishes trust and rapport by responding with urgency, integrity and pragmatism to client needs, while being cognizant of budget, scope, and other contract requirements.
Rate negotiations, business planning. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in commercial management at an airport.
Qualifications
8+ years of work experience in an aviation consulting environment
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, planning, aviation, business, operations research, or related fields
Previous experience working with airport concession contracts, airport rental car concession contracts, parking management contracts, and airline agreement contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficiency in Airport Lease Management softwares would be an asset.
