The Opportunity!

As Accounting Administrator, Employee Benefits, you will be assisting with day to day accounts-related management of the Employee Benefits Third-Party Administrator Program. You will work closely with the TPA Manager for continued success, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing and report generation.

Your goal is to work with other HUB team members, to ensure that exceptional service and accurate information is provided to Carriers and Plan Sponsors (Clients).

Your Responsibilities -

  • Completing Month-End Client Premium Billing.
  • Processing and recording Client Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) (Accounts Receivable).
  • Processing Carrier Remittance (Accounts Payable). Updating spreadsheets, entering bills and processing PAP with first authorization.
  • Reconciling Client Accounts and producing Client Financial Statements.
  • Provide new account implement support as required.
  • Accurate preparation of documents.  
  • Generate Reports, including, but not limited to monthly HSSA & Wellness usage reports, invoice extract reports, and manual edit history audit reports.
  • Accurate data entry and other audits as required.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the role –

  • 2+ years of experience related to Employee Benefits, Administration, or Bookkeeping.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset
  • Post secondary education in business, mathematics, or accounting is considered an asset.
