As a React.js SME, you will design, build, and configure high-performing web applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring applications align with business objectives. You will actively participate in problem-solving, decision-making, and performance optimization to deliver efficient, secure, and user-friendly applications. Roles & Responsibilities - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for React.js development within the team. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. - Drive technical decisions and provide solutions to complex challenges across multiple teams/projects. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. - Contribute to architectural discussions and establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries. - Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring junior members and reviewing code. - Stay updated with emerging technologies to bring innovation into project development. Professional & Technical Skills Must Have Skills: - Proficiency in React.js (minimum 5 years of hands-on experience). - Strong expertise in component-based architecture, hooks, and state management (Redux / Context API / Recoil, etc.). - Experience in RESTful APIs - Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Proficiency with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab). - Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development. Good To Have Skills: - Experience with TypeScript. - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Basic understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
