Follow-up and coordinates the proper reporting of all technically related Development and Improvement Projects (/or initiatives or studies); animates and organizes the review of the Development Topics; support the forecast of Development Topics.

 

您将如何贡献和成长？

 

• Elaborates the Project Charters of all the technically related Development and Improvement topics: through a close cooperation with the Development Leader, define the action plan, identify the required resources and estimate the necessary hours and costs, set a milestone plan from the kick-off to the close-out, define and record the deliverables

• Animates and organizes the review of the development Topics:

• Collect the needs & estimated hours from the Discipline Managers

• Organize review meeting

• Defines project charters with associated action plan and deliverable list

• Update Project Charters every 3 months 

• Collect and record Deliverables

• Bachelor degree in engineering or above;

• Good cooperation and organization skill;

• Good oral and written communication skills;

• Good written and oral English.
