Brief role description

Provide excellent customer service with varying essential tasks on a daily basis. Engaged in selling groceries.

Essential Functions

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Assist Customers in store and on phone
  • Work together with co-workers daily
  • Operate cash registers & POS system
  • Downpack food product and stock inventory daily
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in the training of store personnel
  • Work with management to resolve obstacles associated with products, services, etc.
  • Give and provide assistance for customers on computer and throughout store
  • General Housekeeping
  • Adhere to all safety standards/procedures
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Education

High school degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 1 year of high-volume cash handling and processing experience.

  • Detail oriented

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
