Sr. Mission Engineer

The Mission Engineer will help evolve the program integrating commercial trends like Agile development, Cloud migration, Automation techniques (AI/ML), and streamlined DevOps deployments to our users in operations. The Mission Engineer will be a technical member of a dynamic systems engineering team, that is deeply involved in the day to day functions of the SIGINT systems, as well as provide recommendations for modifications and future evolutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10+ years with Technical SIGINT analysis fields
  • Proficiency supporting and deploying Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) SIGINT systems
  • Proficiency supporting and deploying Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions into end-to-end systems
  • Proficiency with large data architecture
  • Proficiency with modern-software, cloud-based technologies, and tool offerings
  • Proficiency providing remote technical support to mission operators and analysts
  • Proficient documentation skills and experience preparing and delivering briefs to senior government leadership
  • Understanding of milestones and expectations within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience on an Agile software development team and delivering iterative software solutions
  • Proven ability to work as a self-started with minimal daily oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university

Clearance Requirements

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
