What success looks like in this role:

Are you early in your HR career and passionate about numbers, people, and impactful programs? We’re looking for a Junior Compensation & Benefits Analyst who’s ready to develop their expertise in designing and managing reward programs. In this role, you’ll support the development and implementation of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives while learning from experienced team members in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the benchmarking of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs

  • Collect and analyze compensation and performance data to support HR decisions

  • Help monitor program effectiveness using employee feedback and retention metrics

  • Support compliance tracking and documentation related to compensation and benefits

  • Maintain and update internal tools and databases with accurate compensation and benefits information

  • Provide first-level support to employees with routine benefits-related questions

  • Contribute to compensation and benefits reporting, surveys, and market research

  • Collaborate with team members on small projects and continuous improvement initiatives

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field (or close to completion)

  • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, finance, or data analysis preferred (internships count!)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn compensation and benefits frameworks and practices

  • Excellent Excel and data handling capabilities

  • Clear communication and a service-minded attitude

  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
