What you will do

As a member of the PGIM Real Estate Systems team, you will work to develop and support a range of custom real estate and finance applications in a fast-paced setting. Our ideal candidate will have a background in full-stack development of complex applications in a cloud environment.

  • Maintaining and developing an existing framework for web-based applications.
  • Providing architectural and design expertise as needed.
  • Conducting peer code reviews.
  • Working closely with product stakeholders to define complex business requirements.
  • Providing application production support as needed.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in full-stack web development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications, debugging, and resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in the following:
    • .NET Framework/Core: C#, .NET ecosystem, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Entity Framework
    • Front-End Development: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, RxJS, and state management libraries
    • Database: MS SQL Server, complex SQL queries, database performance.
    • Version Control:  Git, Git workflows, branching, merging, and pull requests.

What will set you apart?

  • Build and Deployment: CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), containerization tools like Docker.
  • Cloud Services: Azure or AWS; Experience with deploying and managing applications in the cloud; Certifications are a plus
  • Architecture and Design:
    • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
    • Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience developing mobile web application is a plus
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, and experience in architecture and design discussions.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to team discussions and code reviews.

The salary range for this role is from $125,000 to $150,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
