About the Role  

  • A passionate graphic designer who has a soft spot for packaging design for FMCG.
  • Someone able to collaborate with our creative director and senior designers by delivering CBA’s creative vision to our clients for exciting global brands like Nestlé and Unilever.

 What You’ll Do 

  • Understand and interpret client briefs and translate them into quality design work from conception to completion.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at a time and work closely with project manager to ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing channels to issue creative ideas, proposals and presentations to win potential contract.
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills with internal staff.

What You’ll Need  

  • Solid knowledge and experience in packaging design, especially in the FMCG / F&B sector.
  • Creative qualification with 2-4+ years of agency experience, preferably in packaging branding design.
  • Good team player.
  • Good understanding of design principles and their application throughout the implementation process.
  • Strong technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Highly organized with a systematic approach to work.
  • Good communication skills (fluent in English is mandatory)
