About the Team

Lowe’s Information Security Group (ISG) delivers a wide range of security services to safeguard customers, employees, and sensitive business data. The team focuses on reducing risk through proactive security measures and strong collaboration with internal partners.

The Security Administration team within ISG is responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, including provisioning and de-provisioning access across Lowe’s platforms and applications. The team also supports compliance requirements such as PCI and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) across systems.

Job Summary:

The Analyst – Security Administration role focuses on managing user identities and access across enterprise systems. This includes handling access provisioning, account lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with security and ITSM processes. The role requires strong technical expertise in IAM tools and platforms, along with the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Perform user access provisioning and de-provisioning in line with defined processes
  • Manage identity lifecycle activities including account creation, modification, transfer, and deactivation
  • Handle access requests, approvals, and recertification activities
  • Work with technologies such as Active Directory, Mainframe systems (RACF/ACF2), Unix, SailPoint, and Cloud platforms like GCP and Azure
  • Ensure adherence to ITSM processes and security policies
  • Support compliance initiatives including PCI and SOX
  • Understand and manage application access structures and request models
  • Collaborate with global teams to fulfill access-related tasks
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests efficiently
  • Maintain proper documentation and communication for all activities
  • Work in a shift-based environment as required

Years of Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or User Access Management.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
