Your Impact and Contribution

We’re seeking a technically strong and hands-on engineer who brings deep expertise in enterprise networking and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing secure network architectures, automating infrastructure, and leading technical initiatives across complex environments. This role demands a blend of advanced networking knowledge and backend development skills, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and innovation. As a Staff Network Security / Platform Engineer, you may expect to:

  • Design and implement secure, scalable network architectures using Cisco technologies, BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN.
  • Configure and manage network security platforms including Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper wireless solutions, and F5 load balancers.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python and Ansible to streamline network operations and deployments.
  • Build and manage containerized environments using Docker, integrating with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code principles to provision and manage network infrastructure in a repeatable and reliable manner.
  • Troubleshoot complex network and platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network and platform solutions with broader enterprise architecture.
  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance.

Your Skills and Experience

We’re looking for a technically strong and hands-on engineer with a passion for secure networking and automation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep infrastructure knowledge and modern DevOps practices.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • CCIE and Cisco certifications demonstrating advanced networking expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and enterprise network design, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Juniper wireless technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and Docker for CI/CD and containerization.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Preferrable, though non-essential

  • Experience with F5 load balancers, Ansible, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Familiarity with virtual topologies, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
